Gary and Tom will discuss their many High Sierra collaborations and the importance of wilderness walking in their artistic work; Gary will read from his High Sierra poems and new and original writings, followed by a discussion of High Sierra-inspired art moderated by their friend and Sierra companion, Armando Quintero of UC Merced and the California Water Board. Booksigning will follow presentation, with their High Sierra books (and some of Tom’s original prints) for sale.
